The guarantee
Every purchase of The State One is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the date of purchase. This matches the standard guarantee that BuyGoods, our payment processor, applies to every product sold through its platform.
The guarantee is unconditional. We do not ask for a reason, we do not ask you to complete the program first, and we do not make you keep anything you paid for.
How to request a refund

If the refund has been approved but has not reached your account after two billing cycles, contact your bank first — the money has already left BuyGoods at that point.
What happens to your access
The State One is a digital product. Once a refund is issued, your access is withdrawn and any licence to use the recordings and the Activation Protocol ends. Files you have already downloaded must be deleted, and you may not keep, share, or continue to use them. See our Terms of Use.
Before you file a chargeback
Please write to us first. A chargeback takes your bank weeks to resolve and gives you nothing that this policy does not already give you in a day. If you are unhappy for any reason inside the 30 days, you get your money back — there is nothing to dispute.
